Frequently Asked Questions

Do you aggregate data across sellers?

No. Opsell only uses data for the brands that authorize access through SP-API, and we do not combine or publish cross-seller insights. Each brand's data remains isolated and is used solely for that brand's recommendations.

Can I revoke access?

Yes. You can revoke Opsell's access from your Amazon Seller Central account or inside Opsell settings at any time. Upon revocation, we will delete retained Brand Analytics data within a commercially reasonable period.

Do you sell or share data?

No. We do not sell, rent, or share Amazon Brand Analytics data with third parties. Data is processed solely to deliver the features described on this page.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Upon account closure or access revocation, Brand Analytics data is deleted according to our retention policy. You can also request immediate deletion by contacting support.

Is this compliant with Amazon's policies?

Yes. Our implementation aligns with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy (sections 4.4 and 4.5), Data Protection Policy, and Website Guidelines for SP-API developers.

Which brands can use this feature?

Brand-registered sellers on Amazon who have access to Brand Analytics reports can authorize Opsell. Access must be granted through Amazon's official OAuth flow.
